1.1 We will take all reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of your order and that this meets your requirements. It is, however, your responsibility to ensure that all goods specified on the order are correct. A fully itemised list of products contained within your order will be provided to you once an order is placed. A fully itemised list of products can be made available to you before an order is placed upon request.
1.2 All orders are accepted by us subject to these conditions to the exclusion of any conditions which may be put forward by you or on your behalf.

2.1 If you wish to amend an order, please inform us as soon as possible. We may be required to deduct up to 50% of the cost of the product(s) being removed from an order which is in production. After delivery of goods we cannot accept amendments to your order but you may be able to exchange or return certain goods in accordance with our refunds and exchange policy set out in condition 5.
2.2 No amendments can be made to orders for made to measure goods or special order goods after such orders have been inputted onto our computer database.
2.3 The price of an item which is added to an order will be at the list price of that item at the date the order is amended. The amount credited to you when an item is removed from an order will be at the price of that item at the time it was ordered, less any applicable charges as specified.
2.4 We will only accept an amendment when you pay any additional amount which becomes due as a result of that amendment.

3.1 You may not cancel an order for made to measure goods or special order goods. If you wish to cancel your order for any other type of goods you must give us notice of cancellation as soon as possible and in any event at least 14 days before delivery. If you cancel within 14 days of delivery we reserve the right to withhold your deposit in full. If your order is cancelled in accordance with these terms, the amount you have paid for the goods specified on the order, less any applicable cancellation charge, will be refunded less 50% of the cost of the products from an order which is in production.
3.2 After delivery of goods, we cannot accept cancellation of your order, but you may be able to exchange or return certain goods in accordance with our refunds and exchange policy set out in condition 5.

4.1 You should not confirm private installation arrangements until all goods ordered by you have been received and checked by you. If your kitchen is being installed by us, we will make delivery the week prior to the start of installation, where possible.
4.2 Your order may contain some goods which will be delivered by us and some which will be delivered directly to you by the manufacturer of the goods. Deliveries by us and by the manufacturer will not necessarily be made on the same day. A few days after we accept your order, we and/or the manufacturer will contact you to make the necessary arrangements for delivery. Please note that small orders may be delivered by dedicated carrier service and that you will receive no advance notification of the time or date of delivery by such service.
4.3 Our aim is to deliver your order within the lead time advised at the date you place your order. Please check with us for details of such lead times. We will do all we reasonably can to meet the date agreed with you for delivery. In the case of any unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control preventing us meeting that date we will contact you to agree an alternative date. We are happy to agree a delivery date later than the relevant published lead time, if you request this. Standard delivery for most kitchen ranges will be a minimum of 4 weeks from the date an order is entered onto our system, and a minimum of 6 weeks for made to measure or special order goods.
4.4. If you request an amendment to your order more than 14 days before the agreed delivery date (not including the date we receive your request) we will retain the agreed delivery date if we have the additional or replacement goods specified by you in stock. If any additional items requested are not in stock, these may be delivered at a later date, but, in any event delivery will be made at the earliest possible date, in absolution not longer than the specified lead time originally provided, from the date of the request.
4.5. Should you refuse or not be available to accept goods which we attempt to deliver on the agreed delivery date, the goods will be returned, and we will contact you to agree a new delivery date. The next possible delivery date will depend upon the availability of space on vehicles delivering in your area and a re-delivery charge of £70 - £100 per delivery may be applied.
4.6. Whilst we will arrange and manage all of your deliveries on your behalf where possible, we cannot be held responsible for failed or poor quality deliveries made by third parties. In the unlikely event that a delivery fails or items are found to be damaged on delivery, we will take all reasonable steps to organise a re-delivery and/or replacement at the earliest possible date. Any costs incurred by any such delays cannot be covered by us.

5.1 Please note that no refunds or exchanges can be given on made to measure goods or special order goods once they have been entered on to our systems.
5.2 If you wish to return any goods other than made to measure goods or special order goods, return them undamaged in their original un-used condition, and in their original undamaged packaging within 6 months of the date of delivery, and we will provide you with a refund, subject to further conditions listed. If you request a refund or exchange of goods, we can arrange for them to be collected but you will be responsible for the costs of collection as notified to you prior to collection. The average charge for collection is around £70 - £100. Surplus components do not qualify for refund or exchange.
5.3 Where you return an item and request a refund or exchange, the amount of the refund will be the amount paid by you less a 25% deduction for restocking as applied by the manufacturers. If, in our reasonable opinion, the goods are not in their original condition as specified, we may refuse a refund of the goods. Any valid refund will be paid as soon as possible after the goods have been received at the suppliers warehouse and the items have been checked by them for damage. The refund will be made to you once we have been credited by our suppliers. We cannot be held responsible for any delay caused by suppliers crediting us. Refunds will be credited directly into your bank account using details that you will be required to provide to us.
